Take notice that the Commission has secured a conviction in Petauke. The first accused now convict is a Court Interpreter for Petuake Magistrate Court who solicited for K30,000 and received K10,000 while the second accused now convict is a Senior Public Prosecutor for NPA based in Nyimba who aided and abated A1 in commission of the offence.
The duo were convicted on 6th day of May 2019 and sentenced to 4 years imprisonment with hard labour
