In accordance with Section 2 of the Schedule of the AC Act, the President of the Republic of Zambia is mandated to appoint a Board of Commissioners, subject to ratification by the National Assembly.
The Board is charged with the responsibility of formulating policy and providing strategic direction to the Commission.
The current Board of Commissioners constitutes of the following members:
(i) Mr. Musa Mwenye, SC – Chairperson
(ii) Mrs. Irene Chongo Lamba – Vice Chairperson
(iii) Dr. Henry Mbushi – Commissioner
(iv) Dr. O’Brien Kaaba – Commissioner
