Managerial Acountability Workshops (MAW)
The concept of Managerial Accountability is relatively a new corruption prevention method. It  Involves holding of workshops designed to establish controls and standards of accountability in organizations. It works on the assumption that the people working in an organization know best the strengths and weaknesses of its operations and procedures

MAW Sessions are organised as follows:

       dentification of key activities

       Participatory presentation on good governance

       Review of mission and purpose

       Mapping of processes and procedures within the organization

       Analysis of structural vulnerabilities for corruption

       Recommendations for New operating standards and practices

       Action plan

       Next steps
