THE ELECTORAL ACT NO 12 OF 2006   

An Act to provide for a comprehensive process for elections to the office of President and to the National Assembly; to empower the Electoral Commission of Zambia in matters relating to elections and enable the Commission to make regulations providing for the registration of voters and for the manner of conducting elections; to provide for offences and penalties in connection with elections; to provide for the appointment of conflict management officers; to provide for election petitions and the hearing and dertermination of applications relating to elections in Parliament; to repeal and replace the Electoral Act, 1991; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

An Act to revise the law relating to the control and management of public finance of the Republic of Zambia; to repeal and replace the Finance (Conrol and Management) Act  1969; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.

THE PROHIBITION AND PREVENTION OF MONEY LAUNDERING ACT NO. 14 OF 2001  

An Act to provide for the prohibition and prevention of money laundering; the constitution of the Anti Money Laundering Unit; to provide for the disclosure of information on suspicion of money laundering activities by Supervisory Authorities and regulated institutions; to provide for the forfeiture of property of persons convicted of money landering; to provide for international cooperation in investigation, prosecution, and other legal processes of prohibiting and preventing money laundering; and to provide fr matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
