Managerial Acountability Workshops (MAW)

This is a relatively new concept in corruption prevention.  Involves holding of workshops designed to establish controls and standards of accountability in organizations. It works on the assumption that the people working in an organization know best the strengths and weaknesses of its operations and procedures

Mapping of processes and procedures within the organization

Analysis of structural vulnerabilities for corruption

Recommendations for New operating standards and practices
