Annual Reports

It is a requirement under the Anti Corruption Commission Act No. 42 of 1996 First Schedule Section 4, for the Commission to submit to the President an Annual Report concerning the activities of the Commission during the financial year. The Report shall include;

• An audited balance sheet;
• An audited statement of income and expenditure;
• such other information as the President may require.

The President will then lay the report to the National Assembly. Below are some of the latest Annual Reports submitted to the National Assembly.
