Structure

The ACC Act No.38 of 2010 under Part II sections 4 and Part III Section 16 makes the Commission a two tier body in the sense that there is:

  1. Board of Five Commissioners  appointed by the President namely;
    • Chairperson;
    • Vice Chairperson; and
    • Three other Commissioners as members.
  2. The Directorate as follows:
    • The Director-General
    • The Deputy Director General
    • The Secretary to the Commission who is also responsible for Finance and Administration
    • Director for Investigations;
    • Director for Corruption Prevention
    • Director for Community Education;
    • Director for Legal and Prosecutions.
